Here in the heart of Crete we could not do anything but respect nature.Not only we produce most of the
products we use but our tavern is energy indepentant as we use the sun and the wind to produce our
electricity

We use only Olive Oil

Our Restaurant is part of “Olive tastes” restaurant network.
This network certificates that the restaurant uses only virgin olive oil (or extra virgin olive oil) for cooking.

In our restaurant we choose one of the best olive oils called "Ladikon" in order to provide you the most quality and tasteful seals.

We make our Goat Cheese!

Following our ancestors tradition, we try to produce whatever we eat. In
Amygdalokefali village mountains, we have our small farm with goats which
not only produce meat but cheese as well.
